UpQuest is an AI-powered personal health coach that creates a personalized weekly "Quest" — a structured plan for fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery — built around your bloodwork, Apple Health data, and goals.

Download UpQuest from the App Store, complete the quick profile setup, and you'll automatically receive a 7-day free trial of UpQuest Premium. No charge until the trial ends — you can cancel anytime before then.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel:

1. Open iOS Settings
2. Tap your name → Subscriptions
3. Tap UpQuest
4. Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You can also reach your subscription settings from within the UpQuest app on the Profile tab.

Open UpQuest, go to the Profile tab, scroll to the Subscription section, and tap Manage Subscription. If the issue persists, try deleting and reinstalling the app. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will be automatically restored. Still having trouble? Email support@upquest.ai.

UpQuest reads your steps, sleep, heart rate, and workout data from Apple Health to personalize your AI health plan. This data is never sold, never stored on our servers, and never shared with advertisers. It is used only to generate your Quest. You can revoke access at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → UpQuest.

Your account data and Quest plans are stored securely in the cloud (Supabase) so you can access them across devices. Your Apple Health data is never stored on our servers — it is read locally on your device and used only to generate your Quest. Weight logs and local preferences are stored on your device. Yes! Bloodwork is optional. UpQuest can build a personalized plan using your age, weight, activity level, and goals alone. If you do have labs, entering them gives the AI more context for more precise recommendations around hormones, thyroid health, and micronutrients.

Go to the Profile tab in the app and scroll to the bottom. Tap Reset All Data to clear your profile and Quest. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

UpQuest is a wellness and fitness app, not a medical device or healthcare provider. The AI-generated plans and insights are for informational and motivational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, or supplementation routine.

Yes. When you chat with your AI coach during setup, you can mention habits you want to quit — nicotine, alcohol, cannabis, or anything else. The AI builds evidence-based quitting strategies directly into your daily routine as trackable tasks. You earn XP for clean days and your plan adapts every week based on your progress. This is not a clinical cessation program, but it provides structured daily accountability alongside your fitness and nutrition goals.

UpQuest's AI asks about any supplements and medications you're already taking before making recommendations. It then generates a personalized supplement protocol based on your bloodwork, goals, and lifestyle — including specific dosages and optimal timing. All supplement suggestions come with a reminder to consult your healthcare provider, especially if you're on medications that could interact.
